What we collect & why
- Account & orders: name, email, and billing details when you licence our assets. We keep this to deliver your licences and comply with Slovak tax laws (10-year retention).
- Analytics: page views, searches, filters, asset views, cart events, approximate campaign/referrer source, and anonymous session IDs (only if you opt in).
- Communications: any emails you send us, kept until you request deletion.
Payments
Payments are handled by Polar (Merchant of Record). Your card details never touch our servers. They handle VAT and invoicing according to their own privacy policy.
Data storage & transfers
We use industry-standard partners including Vercel for hosting, Backblaze B2 for file storage, Mux for video delivery, Resend for transactional email, Polar for checkout, and optional advertising/analytics platforms configured in our admin. Some data may be processed outside the EEA using appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your data.
- Withdraw consent for analytics at any time.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Request a copy of your data.
